However if you have any problems with the products or service, please get in touch with our customer support team & we will try our best to resolve the issues to your satisfaction.

Any refunds or return of goods will be considered on merit at the sole discretion of Rishu Food And Nutritions and the decision of Rishu Food And Nutritions in all such cases will be final & binding without any right to challenge.

If a return is considered, the goods will need to be sent back to us in unused, packed, sealed & saleable condition.

Return courier charges may be re-imbursed to you upon providing a valid courier docket & invoice of charges paid.

Rishu Food And Nutritions will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to goods during return transit.

If a refund is considered by us upon receiving the return products in good saleable condition, the appropriate amount will be credited back to your card or bank a/c or a cheque will be issued in your name and sent to your registered address.

Standard Processing Time for such refunds is max. 10 working days after receiving the return products in good saleable condition, however there could be delays under exceptional or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

If a replacement is considered by us, the replacement product (provided it is available in stock) will be dispatched to you within a max of 10 working days after we receive the return products in good saleable condition. However, delays can occur if the replacement product is unavailable or for any other reason beyond our control.

We will notify you by email once the refund or replacement is initiated by us.
